This is my Frost Mage Caster Build for V Rising, a slower paced yet very high damage output Scholar Blood build for PvE or PvP. This build uses the buffed Ice Lance and Ice Nova abilties, which became a lot stronger with the latest update because of the increased damage and reduced cooldown. The great amount of spell life leech gives extra survivability and the freezing is fantastic for PvP. The Scholar Blood and General's Soul Reaper make this build so powerful especially towards the endgame.
